We launched a 5-year project in January 2024, the aim of which is to sustain and improve wildlife in our ancient graveyard east of our church.

This year we are focusing on clearing the area in the middle, at the back of the church allowing safe access for all to enjoy the nature.

We have been cataloguing species of trees, plants, birds and creatures.

We have placed bird boxes in the trees and created habitats for insects and wildlife. Blue tits are already nesting in one of the boxes.

We have cut back the rhododendrons which border the farm.
